Assistant Team Chef

The Assistant Team Chef assists the management team in executing and supervising the store's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining an organized and efficient environment.

Daily Tasks (without limitation)

• Assist the management team in managing store operations and staff.
• Pack and unpack boxes for daily shipments.
• Place merchandise on shelves.
• Climb ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage money and open/close the store as needed.
• Track assigned tasks.
• Perform manager on-duty tasks: ensure daily breaks are taken and attendance is recorded.
• Participate in the hiring and performance evaluation processes.

What You Need to Succeed

• One (1) year of experience in retail.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role.
• High availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Ability to effectively organize time and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, team spirit, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
• Customer service-oriented.
