We are currently looking for an Osteopath at the Jules-Verne Clinic.
Kinatex Jules-Verne is a dynamic multidisciplinary clinic where collaboration, expertise, and patient well-being are at the heart of our practice. Under one roof, our team offers physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, and acupuncture services, allowing for comprehensive and personalized care for each patient.
Our physiotherapy team works with a diverse clientele of all ages: pediatrics, musculoskeletal disorders, sports clientele, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvi-perineal, concussion, and COVID long-haul. We also treat jaw disorders (TMD), facial pain, headaches, and migraines.

Your Responsibilities
- Assess the patient's overall health status
- Identify the causes of pain by evaluating posture, tension areas, and lines of gravity
- Diagnose dysfunctions affecting mobility and well-being
- Develop a plan to restore mobility and functionality of the body's structures
- Plan and apply appropriate manual treatments
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care
- Document sessions and progress in records
- Advise on posture, exercises, and prevention
- Collaborate or refer to other healthcare professionals
Our Required Skills
- Completed training at the College of Osteopathic Studies (CEO), the Quebec Osteopathic Centre (COQ), or any other recognized school meeting the criteria of the World Health Organization (WHO)
- Membership in Osteopathy Quebec, RITMA, or any other recognized association meeting the criteria of the WHO
- Possession of a minimum of 1 year of experience as an osteopath (asset)
- Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
Your Schedule
- Part-time: 10 to 15 hours per week, with the possibility of gradually progressing to a full-time position
- Hours: Monday to Thursday (morning, afternoon, and evening) and Friday (morning and afternoon)
- Flexible start date according to the candidate's availability
- Employment status: employee or independent contractor
