Summary

We are looking for a motivated new graduate with training in lathe operation to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, precision machining, and producing high-quality components.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate manual lathes (depending on experience and training).

Manufacture small, high-precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work closely with experienced team members to develop your machining skills.

What We're Looking For

Recent graduate from a machining, precision manufacturing, or related technical program.

Basic knowledge of lathe operation and machining principles.

Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to perform detailed, precision work.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
