Position Summary

Dorsia and Bowie are looking for a skilled, curious, and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This position offers a particularly attractive schedule within the restaurant industry:

  • Three daytime prep shifts with no service, dedicated to production for both Dorsia and Bowie;
  • Two evening shifts working on the Bowie service line;
  • A full-time position designed to develop both technical expertise and strong service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in prep and production for both Dorsia and Bowie;
  • Execute all preparations with precision, consistency, and attention to detail;
  • Work two services per week on the Bowie line;
  • Rotate between stations according to the needs of the kitchen;
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation;
  • Uphold high standards of quality, presentation, food safety, and sanitation;
  • Work closely with the sous-chefs and executive chef;
  • Contribute to improving kitchen procedures and developing the menus;
  • Help foster a kitchen culture built on respect, communication, and pride in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a high-standard professional kitchen;
  • Strong foundations in French or Italian cooking;
