Canada Games: Quebec, 2027
The Canada Games are the country's largest multisport competition and will bring together in Quebec, from February 27 to March 14, 2027, over 3,500 top athletes and coaches in 22 sports disciplines. Organized every two years, alternating between summer and winter, they celebrate the perseverance and sportsmanship of young Canadian athletes.

Your Role
Ready to be part of the history?
As a Transport Coordinator, you will be called upon to play a strategic role in organizing travel for the entire Games family, as well as the transportation of sporting equipment. You will contribute to making everything run smoothly, from the first to the last day.
Under the supervision of the Director, Transport and Logistics, your talent and energy will allow you to:
Coordinate the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and logistics planning related to the following areas: vehicle fleet, transport hub, bus operations, management of arrivals and departures, transportation of sporting equipment, transportation of participants to sites, adapted transportation, distribution and reservation systems, etc;
Coordinate and manage waiting areas and parking for our various transportation needs;
Participate in the planning of transport schedules during the Games;
Participate in the search for transport partners and suppliers;
Organize and facilitate transport committee meetings;
Supervise the training and scheduling of volunteers assigned to transportation, according to roles and needs;
Support internal teams and volunteers in the implementation of comprehensive and adapted transportation strategies for each department;
Collaborate actively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
The Bases of Success
Want to be part of our team? Here's what it takes:
College diploma in operations management, logistics, event management, transportation, leisure, or another related field; 3 years of experience in operations, project, or large-scale sports event management;
Significant experience in a complex and high-traffic environment;
Experience in volunteer management: an asset;
- **Knowledge of the sports industry: an asset;
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Valid driver's license, class 5.
Criminal record check required.
