Your Responsibilities

In your role as Production Director, your daily routine will be filled with stimulating challenges that allow you to fully deploy your talent.

Your areas of action:

• Plan, structure, and direct all production activities to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and profitability targets
• Participate in daily kickoff meetings to analyze results and anticipate issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, good manufacturing practices, and production plan
• Be present on-site to coach, support, and recognize teams
• Monitor performance indicators and implement targeted action plans
• Collaborate with key departments to optimize operations
• Develop and mobilize talent within supervision, technical, and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• You are naturally suited for the Production Director role if you identify with:
• Holding a degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
• Accumulating 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role in an industrial setting
• Exercising mobilizing leadership that stimulates team engagement, promotes autonomy, and fosters talent development
• Demonstrating adaptability to change with agility and resilience, adopting a positive attitude to guide your team through changing priorities
• Balancing active collaboration and effective communication to strengthen inter-team cohesion and boost operational performance
• Proven ability to analyze operational data in real-time and react effectively to optimize results
• Mastering both French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, anglophone provinces, and the United States (an asset)
