Responsibilities

  • Identify clients' needs or problems and advise them by proposing suitable services and solutions;
  • Plan, coordinate, and prioritize repair, maintenance, or fabrication requests based on their urgency and importance;
  • Ensure regular and comprehensive tracking of work progress;
  • Create, prepare, send to clients, analyze, evaluate, and adjust proposals as needed;
  • Provide customer service, including answering calls and emails, following up with clients, and assisting them at the counter;
  • Provide clear directives to specialized mechanics for task execution;
  • Provide technical advice and support to internal teams and clients, particularly for resolving complex technical issues or urgent needs;
  • Monitor the supply of parts and equipment needed for task execution with the sales or purchasing team;
  • Check the availability and price of parts and components with existing suppliers, or request the purchasing department to find a supplier to meet the client's needs;
  • Formulate recommendations regarding the purchase of equipment needed for the tasks;
  • Provide after-sales service;
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with potential suppliers;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Advanced technical knowledge in mechanics and hydraulics (mandatory).
  • Three (3) years of experience working in a mechanics workshop.
  • One (1) year of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent French language skills, both oral and written.
  • Sense of organization.
