Cyient is seeking an Industrialization and Deployment Manager to support an exciting digital transformation initiative based in Longueuil, Quebec.
You will play a key role in industrializing and deploying cutting-edge technologies that integrate 3D modeling, automation, digital inspection, and advanced manufacturing solutions into aerospace production environments.
What you'll do
- Lead deployment projects from planning through production implementation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Promote innovation and support organizational change management activities
- Help improve product quality, operational performance, and manufacturing excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Software Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or Business Transformation
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
