• YOUR CHALLENGES

Ensure an effective and fast service in the reception, preparation, and shipment of goods to external clients of the company. Interchangeability of functions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception

• Unload the merchandise;
• Verify the received merchandise;
• Receive the merchandise into our computer system;
• Store the merchandise safely in the warehouse at the designated location;
• Handle supplier non-conformities.
• Preparation
• Prepare client orders;
• Ensure that special requests on shipping documents are respected.
• Shipment
• Verify the accuracy of client orders;
• Package client orders according to their specifications;
• Process shipment in our computer system and the carrier's system.
• General
• Safety is the responsibility of all: work safely, comply with SST standards, and be aware of your surroundings;
• Ensure the cleanliness of work areas;
• Respect tools, equipment, and the work environment;
• Notify a supervisor in case of a breakage.

• Order accuracy;
• Service level (internal).

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
