Internal Sales Representative / Sleep Support Advisor (Full-Time)

The internal sales representative / sleep support advisor is responsible for receiving and processing orders, inquiries, and/or problems from customers who visit in person or by phone, regarding ordered items or products, as well as in-store sales and customer inquiries that come in person. They are accountable for achieving sales objectives related to Linde Canada's sleep activity. The starting salary is $51,420 per year.
What you'll love to do
- In this role, you will inform customers about CPAP therapy and ensure that the CPAP equipment is properly fitted
- You will collaborate with the regional manager and the customer service team to achieve store sales and margin goals
- Additionally, you will work with sleep labs to ensure that customers' therapeutic needs are met and that government billing forms are completed and submitted on time
- You will perform customer service tasks, such as receiving and entering orders by phone, answering questions, tracking the status of orders or product shipments, and resolving issues
- You will need to stock shelves and install promotional materials in the store
- You will collaborate with suppliers to train the entire staff on CPAP therapy products
- You will be responsible for providing complete and accurate data on account configurations and pricing, and ensuring the accuracy of customer information
- You will process payments to ensure that customer accounts remain current
- This is a fully remote position.

- You have demonstrated excellence in customer service through your excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- You possess strong time management skills, are able to perform multiple tasks at once, remain calm under pressure, and complete tasks assigned to you
- You are results-oriented and organized, with the willingness to exceed sales and margin goals and manage priorities effectively
- You are also capable of establishing and managing relationships with current and new customers, as well as with referral sources
- You are safety-conscious, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
- Must be bilingual in French and English (both spoken and written) and be able to communicate professionally in both languages.
- Must be available to work on a schedule of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
