Project Manager - Construction Estimator

Hydrospec Constructions is looking for an estimator / project manager to join its team.

You will participate in building construction projects, mainly in Northern Quebec, ensuring both cost estimation and complete project management, from bid analysis to project delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze bids, plans, and estimates
• Prepare cost estimates
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Plan and coordinate obtained projects
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources
• Supervise work progress and teams
• Ensure compliance with quality and health and safety standards

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation and/or construction project management
• Education in architectural technology, civil engineering, or related field
• ASP Construction certification
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in Northern Quebec or remote areas (asset)
