As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the health and safety of workers
• Managing a team of mechanics
• Processing payroll, vacations, and managing overtime
• Planning and coordinating maintenance activities
• Managing the maintenance department budget and optimizing costs
• Implementing continuous improvement processes to increase operational efficiency and equipment efficiency
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure equipment availability
• Conducting RCA analyses regarding production losses due to machine failures

Qualifications

• To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• A keen sense of safety and compliance with regulations
• Courage to act
• Exceptional communication skills, both with the team and the client
• Inspiring, motivating, positive, and constructive leadership
• Results-oriented
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related experience
• At least 3 years of experience in supervision or team management
• The ability to proactively solve problems and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Office Suite and reporting tools, as well as various GMAO software on the market (SAP)
