Sales Representative

We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join the Bravad Technologie team.

Under the responsibility of the Store Manager, the Internal Sales Representative will enhance their knowledge in the technological domain and popularize their knowledge to clients, making telecommunications simple and attractive, by selling the most suitable products and services to the clientele. Their challenge will be to find the perfect solution to each need, according to the range of products and services offered in the stores.

In their daily tasks, the Internal Sales Representative will have to:

• Respond to the needs of clients who visit the store;
• Suggest different mobility and residential security products from TELUS and KOODO;
• Receive orders for materials received in the stores;
• Initiate the phone repair process if necessary;
• Communicate with our clients to proceed with the renewal of their contract.
• Job Requirements
• To join the team, the Internal Sales Representative must:
• Have experience in the field;
• Respond to the needs of clients who visit the store;
• Suggest different mobility and residential security products from TELUS and KOODO;
• Receive orders for materials received in the stores;
• Initiate the phone repair process if necessary;
• Communicate with our clients to proceed with the renewal of their contract;
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships;
• Have an analytical mindset to find solutions tailored to the needs of the clientele;
