Cintas is seeking a Service Director to directly manage our customer-focused service team. Responsibilities include hiring and managing performance; managing overall team performance; leadership by fostering a safe work environment; resolving customer-related issues; training the team on effective sales techniques; maintaining high customer satisfaction while maintaining customer goodwill; achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll objectives; managing a budget and addressing operational issues affecting service. Practical support for direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting clients alone, if necessary, to assist with product or service collection and delivery; driving a company vehicle to and from clients; lifting, transporting, and carrying Cintas products in and out of client accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill towards clients; performing management tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• High school diploma or college diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds. To comply with provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, before their first day of employment:

• Possess a valid and in-good-standing driver's license.
