As ... you will act as the right hand of the store manager and be a key player in creating an exceptional customer experience. You will set the example, inspire your team to achieve sales goals, and ensure every customer leaves feeling their best.

In the absence of the manager, you will take charge, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and motivating the team.

What You Will Do

• Transform excellent customer service into sales.
• Train, coach, and support a team with real-time feedback.
• Lead with integrity by applying loss prevention policies.
• Maintain an impeccable store presentation.
• Create a dynamic, fashion-focused team culture.
• Support daily operations.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory environment where everyone belongs.
• What Makes You Stand Out
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in retail management or the service sector
• Strong interest in fashion
• Natural leadership and growth mindset
• Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg)
