As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. You will assist the district manager in assuming various operational and management responsibilities, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the fashion industry.

• Operational Assistance in Store :
• + Be the store's resource person;
• + Organize daily planning and break schedules;
• + Supervise the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks;

+ Train and develop a team of stylists, helping them achieve sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain visual merchandising standards; + Supervise and evaluate employee performance, and provide effective and quick solutions to specific problems; + Supervise the overall customer experience in the store and provide advice; + Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction; + Assist the district manager in achieving sales goals and implementing effective strategies to improve store performance; + Work closely with employees and managers to ensure open communication and a consistent workflow within the store;

• In-Store Styling (approximately 70% of tasks):

+ Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering their questions, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment; + Perform all cash transactions; + Ensure daily store restocking; + Perform various daily storage and maintenance tasks.

+ All other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience in a supervisory role (experience in retail, an asset);
• Strong interest in the fashion industry;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships with customers and team members;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;

French is the working language, and proficiency is essential for this position. Basic English knowledge is also required, as the position requires the ability to communicate and provide advice to our regular anglophone clientele.
