Summary

As an assistant manager, your role will be to support the manager in the daily management of operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of the store by exercising supervision, administrative, motivational, and training responsibilities towards your colleagues. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.   • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store;
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and implemented;

Requirements and Competencies

  • Completed high school diploma (DES)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
