*The Internal Sales Representative is an essential member of our internal sales team. You have the privilege of building strong relationships with each client and are the main point of contact for order placement. You work closely with our external sales team and the warehouse team to ensure that deliveries are executed and communicated correctly to all parties involved in the shipping process.*

What you will do
- Take responsibility for order processing, which includes quoting prices according to established margins, sourcing additional products, and creating purchase orders
- Enter submissions and orders into the system accurately and timely
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, stock, and order information provided to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by phone or email to drive additional sales
- Prepare submissions and process orders on behalf of the external sales staff
- Respond to customer requests promptly
- Meet sales targets set by management by promoting or incentivizing product sales
- Adhere to the Company's safety policies and regulations
- Provide support to the warehouse
What you will bring
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Previous experience in internal sales for plumbing (an asset)
- Any combination of relevant experience will be considered
- DEC in Building Mechanics or DEP in Plumbing-Heating (an asset)
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the AS400 system, an asset
- High level of engagement to provide exceptional customer service
- Proven sense of initiative and ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills in setting priorities and completing multiple tasks regularly
