Server and Bartender

The server is responsible for providing a warm, efficient, and professional customer experience. They handle food and beverage service, advise customers, and ensure the smooth operation of the service in the dining area.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Present the menu, explain dishes, and make recommendations (food and wine, if applicable)
• Take orders accurately
• Serve dishes and beverages according to the establishment's standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service
• Manage bills and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff
• Participate in setup and cleanup at the end of the shift

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in service (an asset)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good stress management and ability to handle busy periods
• Knowledge of wines and spirits (an asset)

Working Conditions
