Magazines Lecto is looking for a passionate manager in retail, sales, marketing, and business development.

We are seeking a dynamic, autonomous, and creative individual who wishes to actively contribute to the growth of our store, both in-store and online.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop sales in-store and online.
• Implement promotions and marketing strategies.
• Manage social media and create promotional content.
• Supervise staff and schedule shifts.
• Manage inventory, orders, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure the visual presentation and merchandising of the store.
• Participate in the development of new projects and the growth of the company.
• Analyze sales and propose ideas to improve performance.
• Desired Profile
• Experience in retail.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interest in marketing, advertising, and social media.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce and online sales (an asset).
• Leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Dynamism, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Knowledge of LightSpeed, Shopify, or other sales platforms (an asset).
