Role

The Gucci Senior Client Advisor is responsible for offering exceptional customer service by responding to individual clients' expectations and needs, and acting as a Gucci Ambassador by supporting the brand's philosophy and values. Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for associates and the store, thus fostering growth.
  • Act as a role model by providing an exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening to, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs, demonstrating excellent knowledge of Gucci products as well as the company's history and heritage.
  • Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador through networking within the community.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance indicators by providing exceptional customer service and quality of sales.
  • Collect relevant client data according to the company's tools (CRM) in order to build relationships, establish connections, and personalize future development opportunities with the client.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, accurate, clean, and organized client portfolio in order to regularly contact clients and provide appropriate follow-up on all sales or as requested by the client.
  • Discuss with clients and provide advice on general fashion trends as well as advances in the luxury market, thus demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.

  • Maintain security standards in the store in order to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to ensuring that the presentation of products meets Gucci's visual requirements.
  • Participate in daily store tasks by ensuring that the storage and restocking area remains clean and organized.
  • Fulfill responsibilities in store management: open and close the store, ensure that an adequate number of employees are on the sales floor during meal breaks and rest periods.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience, preferably in a similar position or in a customer service-related context.
  • Experience in staff supervision and staff scheduling.
  • Recognized ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets;
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to analyze the company's needs and trends and discuss them with the senior manager.

Role Mission

As a Gucci Senior Client Advisor, you will assist the Store Director and Team Manager in driving sales results, training and supervision of Client Advisors, merchandise management, and daily store operations.

You will be a dynamic and inspiring leader who has a strong background in relationship-building skills, with both external and internal clients. As the Senior Client Advisor, you will represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the marketplace.

Key Accountabilities

Team

  • Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver the highest performance through a customer-centric attitude, driving sales as a client advisor leader;
  • Partner with the Team Manager to support real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals;
  • Assist in the development and growth within your team;
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management, ensuring brand initiatives are clearly understood.

Client

  • Act as a role model by providing an exceptional client service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs;
  • Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Gucci history and heritage;
  • Attract new clients by being a Brand Ambassador through networking within the community;
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.

Operations

  • Floor leadership duties; opening/closing the store, organizing coverage for the floor when associates are at lunch/taking a break;
  • Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Gucci visual standards;
  • Support the daily operations of the store when management is not present;
  • First point of contact should a difficult client issue arise.

Key Requirements

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred;
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills;
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry;
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Must communicate fluently in French and English.
