Colori is a Canadian company specializing in women's clothing. With nearly 30 stores across Quebec and an online store, Colori aims to dress its customers with style and personalization.

Colori is looking for a manager for its branch at Galeries Rive-Nord.

• See and contribute to the achievement of the store's and each sales team member's sales objectives.
• Ensure the hiring, training, motivation, and direction of a sales team.
• Become familiar with, comply with, and inform all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe environment throughout the branch.
• Manage weekly schedules strategically while respecting allocated hours' budgets.
• Participate in the implementation of the collection and respect marketing directives.
• Other related tasks may be requested.

MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS

• Full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week.
• Possibility of working during the day, evening, or weekend.

SKILLS
