We are looking for a passionate Busser to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in coordinating the service in the dining room. You will ensure that dishes are delivered quickly and at the right temperature, collaborating closely with servers and the kitchen. Your ability to anticipate guests' needs, manage order timing, and ensure flawless dish service will contribute to offering an exceptional dining experience. Your attention to detail and sense of organization will be essential to maintain our high standards.

YOUR ROLE IS CRUCIAL

• Announce order tickets to the chef and his brigade.
• Ensure the consistency of dishes in terms of visual presentation and heat before sending them to the dining room.
• Clear tables and assist with service tasks when required.
• Provide assistance to the kitchen team as needed, with excellent communication.
• Demonstrate discretion, agility, and dexterity during your passes in the dining room to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure the respect of presentation, cleanliness, and quality standards of dishes coming out of the kitchen, with a decision-making role on what is sent to the dining room.
• Responsible for setting up the pass in the kitchen and service stations in the dining room.
• Ensure that the workplace is always clean and safe.
• Have an advanced knowledge of products to ensure a fast and precise service during visual inspection of dishes.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and greet and interact with our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Know the offers and schedules offered by the hotel to provide complete information to customers.

WE NEED YOU IF

• Graduated in hospitality and/or at least one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or reputable hotel.
• You know how a point of sale system works.
• You have the energy, endurance, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You are bilingual French/English for effective communication with an international clientele.
• You maintain exemplary service standards at all times.
• You are passionate, energetic, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
• You embody a culture focused on excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• You are disciplined and process-oriented, capable of working calmly in all situations.
• You create a welcoming environment for our guests, colleagues, and the community.
