In this role as a Marketing and Communications Project Manager, you will play a key role within the internal agency, the Digital Marketing and Communications Excellence Center (CEMC) of iA Financial Group. You will actively contribute to the realization of high-impact communication and digital projects in a collaborative, human, and stimulating environment.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Marketing and Communications Project Manager, you will be responsible for completing the projects assigned to you, ensuring the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and an optimal partner experience. More specifically, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business partners and the CEMC production team;
• Assist partners in prioritizing and clarifying their requests;
• Analyze, synthesize, and translate business needs into clear and structured briefs;
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate project kick-offs and follow-up meetings;
• Ensure rigorous project management (scope, deadlines, budgets, and quality);
• Create, track, and update requests in the JIRA tool;
• Collaborate closely with production teams and seek appropriate expertise as needed;
• Ensure the consistency of requests, the quality of deliverables, and adherence to the brand image;
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with partners throughout the projects.
• What could accelerate your success in this role
• We are looking for a person who:
• Holds relevant training in communications, marketing, project management, or a related field;
• Has 3 years of relevant experience in digital project management and/or communications;
• Has a good understanding of the various stages of web project development;
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Exhibits a strong customer service attitude, listening skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach;
• Possesses excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Is known for their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work in a team;
• Has excellent French and advanced English proficiency, both oral and written, as well as proficiency in Office suite tools (Word, Excel);
• Has knowledge of JIRA (an asset).

Advanced English proficiency is required, as the person will be called upon several times a week to engage in conversations with English-speaking partners and colleagues, as well as to read, understand, and write business documents (e.g., deliverables, presentations, written communications). These interactions will take place, among other things, with subsidiaries located throughout Canada, within the framework of projects, workshops, and routine activities in the sector.
