We are looking for a Surgeon's Assistant & Treatment Plan Coordinator who wishes to play a central role within our team. This position combines two complementary facets: clinical assistance during surgeries and patient support in understanding and planning their treatments.

Hours

  • Full-time (replacement for maternity leave)

Surgery Assistance

  • Assist the surgeon during implantology, bone grafting, and other surgical procedures.
  • Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and necessary materials for interventions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to asepsis, sterilization, and safety protocols.
  • Accompany patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure their comfort.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the smooth running of surgical days.

Treatment Plan Coordination

  • Welcome patients and build a trusting relationship from the first steps of their journey.
  • Present treatment plans clearly, professionally, and reassuringly.
  • Answer patients' questions about the different stages of proposed treatments.
  • Explain financial options and facilitate understanding of the investments involved in treatments.
  • Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and the various stages of the patient journey.
  • Ensure effective communication between patients, professionals, and administrative staff.

Desired Profile

  • Diploma in Dental Assisting (DEP).
  • Experience in dental surgery or implantology, a plus.
  • Experience in presenting or coordinating treatment plans, a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a team within a specialized and dynamic environment.
