As a Business Strategy Advisor for the Strategy Direction of the Enterprises sector, you contribute to the definition and development of strategic planning, competitive intelligence analysis, performance tracking, and execution plans. You determine growth targets, identify growth opportunities and business transformations. You play a consulting, leadership, and influential role with various stakeholders in strategic development and innovative cross-cutting projects. You contribute to the development and recommendation of strategic orientations and business positions. You address complex problems requiring detailed business domain analysis and knowledge. You provide recommendations for high-complexity operational and conceptual projects requiring a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the business domain and organization. Interactions with stakeholders from complementary expertise areas are frequent and essential. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial in this strategic role. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Advising and supporting partners in positioning, planning, development, implementation, and follow-up of various strategic projects and mandates.
- Contributing to the performance discourse of the Enterprises sector across all its business lines.
- Identifying and analyzing issues, addressing significant challenges, conducting diagnostics, and providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitating meetings, extracting key points, and producing documentation to effectively communicate analyses and recommendations.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, engineering, corporate finance, economics, or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Note: Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in an influential role involving strategic and cross-cutting mandates and consulting
- Knowledge of French
- Advanced English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with anglophone partners, members, or clients
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Executive and strategic writing skills
- Knowledge of the Desjardins Movement and the functioning of a financial institution
