As a Salesforce Release Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce production releases (major, minor, and patch releases) while ensuring a stable, controlled, and secure deployment process.
Manage Salesforce environments (sandboxes, integration, and production), deployments, versioning, and change traceability.
Collaborate closely with development teams, quality assurance, business analysts, product managers, and architects to align deliveries with business priorities.
Identify deployment risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure the quality and compliance of deliveries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release governance, and delivery processes while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Has several years of experience in production release management, DevOps, or a similar role within a Salesforce environment.
Qualifications and Knowledge Required
DEC or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Very good knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including metadata, APEX, standard objects, Salesforce APIs, and platform events.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or equivalents.
Good mastery of Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
Understanding of multi-org Salesforce environments and governance limits (Governor Limits).
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
Experience with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI (sf-cli), and Git Flow principles.
Knowledge of architectural models, design patterns, and UML modeling.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka is a plus).
Interest in Salesforce integrations, including Einstein Activity Capture, Content Server, and MuleSoft.
Use of artificial intelligence, including Copilot, is a plus.
