Main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for welcoming customers and gathering the necessary information to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of our customers' vehicles. You will need to promote maintenance services and schedule the execution of work, while ensuring the quality of customer service.

Job requirements

• Experience in a similar customer service position;
• DEP technical advice in vehicle maintenance and repair (asset);
• Experience in the automotive industry (important asset);
• Valid driver's license.
