The team at Gagné Rémillard Dental Centre located in the city of Sherbrooke is looking for a passionate and hardworking Sterilization Assistant/Floating Assistant for a full-time position.

The ideal Sterilization Assistant/Floating Assistant for our team will be an essential element in ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are properly disinfected and sterilized. The person we are looking for is enthusiastic about enabling dental providers to deliver the finest and safest care to patients by taking ownership of the integrity of the sterilization and infection control procedures and policies.

HOURS

• 30 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completion of a medical device reprocessing certificate or a similar program involving the sterilization of medical equipment. Dental assistant program.
• Experience is not required - we are open to beginner candidates!
• Experience with dental office management software such as Dentitek is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
