Parking Attendant

The Patro de Lévis, leisure and mutual aid center, is looking for candidates to fill the position of parking attendant at Quai Paquet. Under the responsibility of the general management of the Patro de Lévis, the parking attendant plays a crucial role in the service and image of the Patro.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, direct, and inform customers in an exemplary manner
• Ensure the proper functioning of parking payment kiosks
• Assist users in using payment kiosks or the mobile payment application
• Issue courtesy tickets to those who have not paid for their parking
• Work closely with city employees
• Maintain parking areas clean
• Direct traffic in parking areas when necessary
• Ensure the proper functioning of parking and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor the premises during working hours

• Relevant experience in customer service
• Language spoken: French, English would be an asset
• Having a car is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
