Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls by transferring them to the appropriate department according to the client's needs;
  • Process received mail and perform various document shipments by mail on a daily basis;
  • Manage the cash register during payment and issue receipts to clients;
  • Provide daily support to sales, parts, after-sales service, and accounting teams according to various needs;
  • Store vehicles;
  • Welcome customers in the dealership, assess their needs, and direct them to the right place;
  • Manage waiting areas and restock refrigerators, coffee machines, and snacks, ensuring cleanliness of the premises and serving clients with beverages during waiting times;
  • Perform any other related tasks according to various needs.

Requirements

  • You have experience in customer service;
  • You are able to work in a computerised environment;
  • You have teamwork skills and a customer-oriented approach.
