Your Role

As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and verification of electrical components and systems according to plans, work instructions, and applicable quality standards.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Assemble electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies.
  • Install cables, connectors, fasteners, supports, and electrical components in the aircraft.
  • Perform cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and connecting operations.
  • Ensure proper routing and fixing of electrical bundles.
  • Perform visual and functional inspections of installations.
  • Use manual, pneumatic tools, and specialized equipment as required.
  • Identify and report defects, anomalies, or non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with quality and methods teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Complete production documentation and ensure traceability of work performed.
  • Adhere to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Your Profile

  • DEP, DEC, or professional training in cable assembly and circuits, electromechanics, electricity, avionics, or related field.
  • Experience in electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or installation of electrical systems.
  • Ability to read plans, diagrams, and technical instructions.
  • Knowledge of crimping, soldering, and connecting techniques.
  • Good manual dexterity and high precision in task execution.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and various positions.
  • Strong French proficiency; English is an asset.
  • Rigor, autonomy, attention to detail, and team spirit.

Assets

  • Experience in the aerospace sector.
  • Experience on Airbus, Bombardier, or Boeing programs.
  • Knowledge of aerospace wiring standards.
  • Certification in crimping, soldering, or electrical assembly.
  • Knowledge of aerospace production documentation.
  • Experience with SAP, Solumina, or a MES/ERP system.
