Make our community stand out by: * Contributing to the professional development of youth delegates; * Organizing and conducting internal and external consultations regarding the implementation of best practices with delinquent clients; * Participating in the development of integration workshops in connection with the programs and clinical tools recommended within the CISSS-ME; * Providing training and ensuring its integration; * Supporting service chiefs, interveners, and partners in the implementation of clinical programs for youth. * Ensuring the necessary research activities to identify and evaluate the resources and needs of the client base. * Ensuring pre-suicide prevention care in support of interveners working with young people under the LPJ and LSJPA Clinical Support for LSJPA Teams * Provide clinical support aimed at maintaining and developing the best professional practices for youth delegates; * Continuously maintain a focus on the needs of young people and their families at the heart of our intervention system; * Work closely with various partners in the implementation of best practices; * Demonstrate openness and flexibility in relation to the various mandates that may be assigned.

Requirements: Essential traces (requirements in Health and Social Services): * University degree in social work, criminology, or a master's in psychoeducation, from a recognized school by the competent ministry. * Be a member of a professional order. * Hold a valid driver's license; * Day job (schedule to be determined with your immediate supervisor).
