  • Performing a physical and functional evaluation of the patient presenting with deficiencies, pain, functional limitations, disabilities, or other real or potential health problems following a recommendation from a physician;
  • Using clinical reasoning to identify the nature and extent of the patient's deficiencies, limitations in activities, and participation restrictions, as well as to determine their abilities, functional needs, and potential for improvement;
  • Working in an interdisciplinary manner with rehabilitation assistants, physiotherapy technologists, and other professionals.

Essential qualifications (Health and Social Services)

  • Hold a Master's degree in physiotherapy;
  • Be a member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapists of Québec;
