As a senior wealth management advisor at Caisse Desjardins de Nicolet, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a trust-based business relationship with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your role involves listening to the needs of members and clients, offering tailored financial advice, and guiding them in choosing appropriate solutions to achieve their financial goals. You develop strategies, propose placement, financing, and protection-related offers, and collaborate with various partners to provide tailored strategies to meet the needs of members and clients. You act as an expert and resource person in savings and placement. You are responsible for a sophisticated clientele, consisting of individual members and business owners, and establish a privileged relationship with them. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Advising members and clients on the best strategies and determining the desired outcomes with them.
- Acting as the business relationship manager, evaluating member and client satisfaction and service quality, ensuring follow-ups, and recommending necessary improvements.
- Staying informed about financial news, market trends, and best practices in your field.
- Performing various representation activities and participating in the caisse's presence in the community.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Certified representative in collective savings – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Proficiency in French is required
- Knowledge of financial, economic, political, and legislative news
- Knowledge of the analysis of the market for individuals, business owners, and the external environment of the Caisse
- Specialized knowledge in tax, financial, and successor matters for individual members and businesses, as well as business owners
- Knowledge in debt management
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance with laws on the distribution of financial products and services
- Knowledge of the policies, legislation, and standards related to the products and services offered by the Caisse
- The primary workplace is Nicolet, but occasional travel to the service center located at ...
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, including one evening per week
