Your main responsibilities in this position:

• Welcome customers and gather the necessary information to understand their needs for vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Advise customers and propose appropriate maintenance services based on their needs, while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on each of your cases to guarantee customer satisfaction and adherence to schedules.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Advisor (an asset);
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Good computer knowledge (an asset);
• Sales skills.
