Your Role

• Define and implement strategies to identify and attract talent
• Build talent pools by establishing lasting relationships
• Anticipate issues and recommend action plans accordingly
• Advise managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Be involved in the strategic dimension of talent acquisition
• Lead and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
• Contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process
• Provide a human and inclusive candidate experience
• Participate in the BNC's image
• Contribute to the improvement of co-development processes and activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed with 5 years of relevant experience
• Recognized for your ability to develop your market and build lasting human relationships with talents and managers
• Approach of listening and partnership, focused on the long term, to accompany talents throughout their journey before, during, and after hiring, including ongoing relationship follow-up even after talents are hired
• Ability to maintain active and qualified talent pools through continuous market presence and close, sustained connection with the business sector, to anticipate needs and talent movements
• Strong interpersonal skills: demonstrated leadership, influence and negotiation skills, rigor, creativity, and sense of innovation
• Demonstrated experience in advisory roles with senior management in large companies
