We are currently looking for an Acupuncturist at the Optimum Clinic in Laval.

Located in Laval in a recent and modern building, our private multidisciplinary clinic offers a bright, warm, and friendly work environment. Situated on the 4th floor, it brings together several health professionals within a dynamic medical department that fosters collaboration. Its open spaces, modern layout, and lounge with coffee contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, both for patients and employees.

Your responsibilities

• Assess patients' symptoms, physiological disorders, and injuries
• Review medical history to clarify prognosis and personalize intervention
• Determine the appropriate stimulation technique based on the patient's condition
• Plan and apply treatment using various tools
• Insert needles or apply other stimulation techniques on precise points
• Prepare and inform patients about procedures, risks, and benefits
• Advise and instruct patients
• Ensure the preparation, disinfection, and sterilization of equipment
• Collaborate with other professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments
• Keep patient files up to date

• Membership in the Order of Acupuncturists of Quebec
• Experience in acupuncture is an asset
• Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written
• Interest in working in a multidisciplinary environment and open to working with other professionals
• Work approach focused on customer development, continuous learning, and team spirit

Conditions

• Part-time or full-time: the number of hours will be determined based on your availability
• Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day and/or evening, flexible schedule to be determined with the candidate
• Start date flexible based on candidate availability
