Your responsibilities

  • Conduct functional evaluations and assess patients' abilities/limitations
  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide manual treatments and interventions based on best practices
  • Maintain complete and compliant progress notes
  • Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
  • Teach and advise patients on strategies and prevention
  • Work closely with other professionals in the clinic

Required skills

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced occupational therapists
  • Must be a member in good standing of the OEQ
  • Interest in developing skills and perfecting expertise
  • Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written

Conditions

  • Full-time or part-time possible
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day and/or evening, flexible schedule to be determined with the candidate
  • Start date flexible according to the candidate's availability
