Psychotherapist - Quebec
Healthcare & life sciencesDescription
Health doesn't wait.
There's no time for symptoms to worsen. No six-month wait for an appointment. No time for the system to catch up. That's how healthcare works today: we wait, until we can't anymore.
Alan exists to end the waiting.
Health is a universal right, and we believe that right only makes sense when it comes with prevention. We need to stop seeing health as something to repair and think of it as something to build, day after day. It's not just a matter of will: the healthcare system itself needs to work for everyone, and sustainably.
That's why we're building the new standard in preventive insurance. Alan is the first company to bring insurance, prevention, and care together in one experience, praised by our members.
We're living an extraordinary adventure: building a world-class company, powered by a unique culture. We already have over 40,000 clients of all sizes, cover over a million members, and have surpassed $1B in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm: that's what we're building with our team of over 800 people. If that speaks to you, know that we're hiring in France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 Who are we?
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care, for everyone. Our mission: to help each person live in good health until 100 years old, and enable employers to make health benefits their most valuable investment, rather than just a cost center.
We're building an end-to-end integrated health partner, bringing insurance and intelligent care offerings together in one seamless system.
By connecting all dimensions of care — private, public, and direct access — we create a member-centered health experience. We guide each person to take care of themselves daily and live in better health.
🤘 How do we work?
