What You Will Do

  • Improve store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations, including merchandising, warehouse, checkout area, vault room, customer service, markdowns, planning, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on reducing losses and damages
  • Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by offering associates comprehensive training and continuous development. Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting a positive and appealing environment for both associates and customers
  • Communicate and implement action plans for company-organized projects, goals, initiatives, and store-level changes. Contribute to succession planning to meet future needs
  • Implement strategies to achieve sales, expense, and customer service objectives. Coordinate loss prevention programs and operational programs, and improve store layout and efficiency

About You

  • At least two years of experience in retail as a store manager or assistant store manager
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and enable a large team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to influence others, and provide effective feedback and guidance
  • Skills in store operations, customer service, merchandising, staff management, health and safety, and loss prevention, as well as strong follow-through skills to complete tasks and initiatives
