Description

Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, recognizing sales opportunities, suggesting products and services, and presenting appropriate purchase methods.

Know the products, services, purchase options, and sales processes of the Product Zone, and keep this knowledge up-to-date.

Assist your store colleagues, as needed, by sharing your knowledge of products, services, and purchase options, and participate in sales opportunities.

Ensure accuracy and follow guidelines.

Perform other tasks as needed, including helping and serving customers in other sections of the store.

Contribute to creating an inclusive environment by respecting each person's differences and fostering a curiosity to learn.

Apply Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Requirements

• You must be available according to business needs. Your work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and you must adhere to it, in compliance with local laws and subject to any approved accommodation measures.
• You must be fluent in French both orally and in writing (or sign language) for positions based in Quebec – English (or sign language) is required for the rest of Canada.

When you work at Apple, you receive a total compensation that includes a base salary. Established according to a salary scale, it can evolve as you improve and progress in your role, and it is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and location.
