As a garage mechanic, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of our recent fleet of vehicles to ensure their proper functioning, safety, and optimal performance. You will work in a stimulating, collaborative, and constructive environment with the possibility of advancement.
Here's what you'll gain by working with us
- Hourly wage of $36.49/hour (1$ more per hour after probation);
- Day shift: 40 hours from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM;

- Under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor, you will have to:
- Perform all work related to the maintenance of motorized vehicles (forklift, truck, sweeper, excavator, etc.);
- Respect health and safety at work standards;
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures;
- Repair or replace faulty components;
- Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical manuals;
- Perform safety inspections and functionality tests;
- Document the work performed (reports, work order, maintenance);
- Collaborate with operators and the maintenance team.
To join our team, you must have
- Diploma in heavy equipment mechanics or equivalent;
- Ability to work in a team and be proactive;
- Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems;
- Manual skills;
- Relevant experience (asset).
