The Window Displayer, under the supervision of the management team, is responsible for creating displays of clothing to showcase the available merchandise in the most attractive way possible to maximize sales.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and disassemble displays according to seasonal changes, merchandise arrivals, stock volume, and new trends in merchandising;
• Ensure the creation of balanced and uniform displays;
• Participate in the creation of the storefront and the styling of mannequins in-store;
• Develop strategies to make departments attractive to customers and thus maximize sales potential;
• Perform frequent rotation of merchandise and displays to create a constantly renewed impact;
• Ensure excellent customer service;
• Organize the presentation of departments during promotional events to maximize the impact of promotions;
• Manage the inventory of promotional materials to be included in displays;
• Keep your work area clean and organized;
• Stay up-to-date on the latest merchandising trends through specialized magazines, among others;
• Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Diploma in Visual Presentation and Merchandising;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (asset);
• Experience in the clothing industry and/or in large-format retail;
• Creativity, autonomy, and diligence;
• Excellent time and priority management;
• Flexibility and adaptability.
