Principal Department Manager, Civil and Structural Engineering – Mont-Saint-Hilaire office

Your future role on our team

You’ll lead and support the strategic operational needs of the Civil and Structural Engineering department at the Mont-Saint-Hilaire office. You’ll be responsible for talent development, performance, technical excellence and the sustainable growth of this department's activities. You are also responsible for a project management team that supports all disciplines across the office. You’ll work closely with project teams, various departments and corporate leaders to ensure resources are used optimally and the office’s objectives are achieved. In this role, you foster the integration of technical expertise and project management practices to maximize the value delivered to our clients and teams.

Summary of certifications and job requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Recognized technical expertise in civil and structural engineering in the renewable energy and industrial sectors
• Proven experience managing teams and resources
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
• Experience in business development and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ability to lead and influence without direct authority in a matrix organization
