Your role:
Recruitment
- Build trust with managers to understand their needs;
- Identify, attract, and evaluate student talent;
- Support candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process;
- Manage and track multiple recruitments simultaneously.
Attraction and employer branding
- Participate in implementing campus recruitment strategies;
- Represent the firm at job fairs, university events, and visibility activities;
- Develop relationships with educational institutions and student associations;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools, practices, and attraction initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Strong interest in recruitment, client relations, HR marketing, or partnership development;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong relational and communication skills;
- Initiative and desire to learn;
- Ability to manage multiple files in a dynamic environment;
- Positive attitude, energy, and team spirit;
- Availability to travel regularly to participate in events across our network.
