The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Drafting Associate to join our Corporate Secretarial team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:
- drafting detailed minutes of board meetings from hand written notes and/or meeting recordings. Minutes must be drafted to a meticulous standard and the candidate will be expected to ensure all matters arising from such meetings are appropriately captured.
- successful candidates may also be asked to perform other administrative tasks. Progressing candidates may be asked to attend client board meetings, telephonically, in due course.
- candidate must work well within a local and global team environment and be committed to meeting team and client deliverables, which may occasionally require overtime and weekends.
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- university or college degree,
- previous minute drafting experience, or experience with corporate structures is preferable for this position but not a pre-requisite,
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are a must.
- knowledge of international corporate structures, investment funds, other offshore vehicles and Cayman Islands and Irish regulatory landscape are beneficial
