Sales Representative - OEM

We are looking for a OEM Sales Representative passionate about business development and industrial technologies to support machine manufacturers and OEM manufacturers in their growth.

In this role, you will develop strategic relationships with industrial clients, identify new business opportunities, and propose automation solutions to improve the performance, productivity, flexibility, connectivity, and profitability of their equipment. What will you do?

• Develop and manage a portfolio of OEM clients and machine manufacturers.
• Identify and convert new growth opportunities.
• Sell value-added industrial automation solutions.
• Develop business plans and action plans for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• (External) French Qualifications: What qualifications will allow you to succeed?
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation sales
• Excellent consultative sales, strategic account management, and customer relationship development skills
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies (PLC, drives, motion control, robotics, HMI, industrial software, and industrial networks)
• Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in digital tools, including the ability to effectively use AI-powered tools and technologies
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time in the Greater Montreal area
• Functional knowledge of English and French is required. The person must be able to work with various colleagues located in Quebec, across the other Canadian provinces, and internationally.
