• 🧰 Your daily tasks as a finisher with us:

As a finisher, your role is to ensure the finishing of pieces in accordance with the plans, quality standards, and production deadlines. Your work directly contributes to the final quality of our products.

More specifically, your tasks are:

🔎 Preparation and understanding of work

• Read and interpret plans
• Perform simple calculations necessary for the realization of the pieces

🔧 Finishing of pieces

• Perform finishing according to requirements (polishing, drilling, rolling, cutting, assembly, etc.)
• Sand pieces using an orbital sander according to the required finish
• Use and adjust various pneumatic tools

✅ Quality control

• Verify the conformity of the pieces according to established standards

✅ What we are looking for

• Work experience in a factory
• Experience with sheet metal (an asset)
• Experience in automotive bodywork or automotive aesthetics (an asset)
• Ability to read plans and perform simple calculations
• Knowledge of metric and imperial measurement systems
• Attention to detail and precision
• Resourcefulness and logical thinking
• Sense of collaboration and organization
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment and getting dirty
• Good physical condition (manual labor, repetitive tasks, lifting up to 35 pounds)

💲 Salary

• $28.22 to $31.24/hour at hiring based on experience
• ➕ Weekend and evening premium of $3.13 to $3.47/hour
