District Manager

General Scope

  • Implement Regional Strategy: Drive sales within the assigned District.
  • Distributor Relationships: Manage relationships and administrative tasks for WW/L distributors.
  • Market Coordination: Align activities with distributors and sector teams.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Oversee sales funnel and OnDemand system.
  • Budget Management: Work with Regional Directors to handle territory sales budgets.
  • Support Plan Execution: Aid in global and national account support as needed.
  • Financial Performance: Ensure financial goals for the territory are met.
  • Margin Improvement: Develop plans to improve margins in the territory.
  • Innovation Input: Contribute to the innovation development funnel.
  • Forecast Leadership: Lead the forecasting process for distributors and accounts, updating demand planning.
  • Team Engagement: Train and engage direct team members, make joint calls, and ensure program compliance.
  • Program Rollouts: Assist with national program rollouts.
  • Product Launches: Launch new products and promotions to distributors, accounts, and direct team.
  • End User Sales: Conduct sales calls with end users, in coordination with sector teams.
  • Business Reviews: Lead business review processes for distributors and key customers.
